For us as the operators of this website it is very important to provide comprehensive protection of your personal data information. We handle your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the legal data protection regulations, as well as with this data protection declaration.

The EU-General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) came into force on 25th of May 2018. We are obliged to inform you comprehensively about the processing of your personal data. Among other things, we inform you in detail about your rights as a "data subject", whose personal data we process.

It is important for us to point out that data transmission via Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) might imply security gaps. A complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Personal data

By personal data it is possible to identify the data subject (Art. 4 GDPR). Basically it is possible to use our website without providing personal data.

Which kind of data do we collect?

When collecting your personal data via this website (e.g. name, address or e-mail address) it can basically be done on a voluntary basis, as far as possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your prior consent.

How do we collect your data?

We receive, collect and store information that you provide via this website or in any other way. In addition, we record the IP address (Internet Protocol) used to connect your computer to the Internet, logins, e-mail address, computer and connection information and customer history. The temporary storage of the IP address by our systems is necessary to deliver the full website content to you. For this purpose, the user's IP address has to be stored for the duration of the session.

 

We use software tools to measure and collect session information, including the time taken to build a website page (page response time), the time visitors spend on specific pages, page interaction information and methods used to retrieve the page. We also collect personally identifiable information such as payment details, comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations and personal profiles. Your personal information will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose for which it was stored ceases to apply.

What do we use your data for?

We use your data exclusively for the provision, optimization and security of our internet based services, with your consent to receive your message and to process your order, and with your consent to carry out security checks for participation in events as well as for the organization of events. As a matter of principle, we do not use your data for passing on to third parties. 

On our website you will find contact forms which can be used for getting in touch. If you use this possibility, the data you provide via the form is transmitted to us and stored.

While sending your message the following data is additionally stored: The users IP address, date and time of registration. Before processing your data in any way we ask for  your prior consent and make reference to this Privacy Policy.

Alternatively, it is possible to contact us via the provided e-mail address or by postal service. In this case, the personal data of the customer transmitted by e-mail and post will be stored.

We use the information you provide us via contact form to get in touch with you. Personal data processed during the sending process serves to prevent misuse of the contact form and to ensure the security of our information technology systems. In this context, the data will not be passed on to third parties. The data will be used exclusively for processing the conversation.

We may contact you to resolve problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees owed, to express your opinion through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company or, when necessary, to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws and any agreement we have with you. For these purposes, we may contact you by email, telephone, SMS or post.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform through which we can sell our products and services to you. Your data can be stored through the data storage, databases and general Wix.com applications of Wix.com. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company are compliant with the standards of PCI-DSS, managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint initiative of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help to ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our online store and its service provider. You have the right to demand immediate correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us.

Right to be forgotten - Art. 17 GDPR

You can demand that your personal data stored with us be deleted immediately.

Right of restriction of data processing - Art. 18 GDPR

You can demand to restrict processing of your personal data if you doubt the accuracy of the data, if the processing is unlawful but you refuse to have it deleted and we no longer need the data, but you need it for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims or you have lodged an objection to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR.

Right to data transferability - Art. 20 GDPR

You have the right to receive your personal data that you have provided us with in a structured, common and machine-readable format from the data controller or to request that it shall be transferred to another data controller.

Right to file objection - Art. 21 GDPR

You can object to the future processing of data concerning you in accordance with the legal requirements at any time. The objection may in particular be made against processing for the purposes of direct advertising. 

 

Right to revoke the declaration of consent under data protection law - Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR

You have the right to revoke your declarations of consent under data protection law at any time.

Right to appeal to a supervisory authority - Art. 77 DSGVO

They also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in accordance with the statutory provisions.

Cookies

These Internet pages partly use so-called cookies. Cookies do not damage your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve the purpose of making our offer user-friendly, more effective and safer. Cookies are small text files which are stored on your computer and which your browser saves. Most of the cookies we use are so-called "session cookies". They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your terminal device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognize your browser the next time you visit us.

Integration of third party services and content

We may include third party content, such as videos from YouTube, map material from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites. This always presupposes that the providers of these contents (hereinafter referred to as "third-party providers") are aware of the IP address of the users. Because without the IP address, they would not be able to to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is thus required to display this content. We make every effort to use only such content whose respective providers use the IP address only to deliver the content. However, we have no influence on this if the third-party providers store the IP address for statistical purposes, for example. As far as we are aware of this, we inform the users about it.

Google Plus

Our pages use functions of Google+. Provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Collection and sharing of information: You can use the Google+ button to publish information worldwide. The Google+ button allows you and others to receive personalized content from Google and our partners. Google stores both the information that you gave for a +1 content and information about the page you viewed when you clicked +1. Your +1 may be displayed as clues along with your profile name and photo in Google services, such as search results or your Google Profile, or elsewhere on websites and ads on the web.

Google records information about your +1 activity in order to improve the Google services for you and others. To use the Google+ button, you must have a public Google profile that is visible worldwide and must contain at least the name you choose for your profile. This name is used in all Google services. In some cases, this name may also replace another name that you used when sharing content through your Google Account.

The identity of your Google Profile may be displayed to users who know your email address or have other identifying information about you.

Use of information collected: In addition to the uses described above, the
information provided by you is used in accordance with the applicable Google Privacy Policy. Google may publish aggregate statistics about users' +1 activity and may share these statistics with users and partners, such as publishers, advertisers, or affiliated websites. Google Maps

This website uses Google Maps to display interactive maps and to provide directions. Google Maps is a map service of Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California 94043, USA. By using Google Maps, information about the use of this website, including your IP address and the (start) address entered in the route planner function, can be transmitted to Google in the USA. When you call up a website of our Internet presence that contains Google Maps, your browser establishes a direct connection with the Google servers. The map content is transmitted by Google directly to your browser and integrated into the website by it. We therefore have no influence on the extent of the data collected by Google in this way. According to our state of knowledge this is at least the following data: Date and time of your visit to the website in question,
