We are conducting independent Audits, Co-Audits and Quality assessments (DIIR/IAS) for business and public governmental customers. Temporary support for an internal Audit department as an interim management. We are providing support for the compilation of an Internal audit manual, support for a risk-based audit planning, audit reporting according to Internal audit standards (DIIR/IAS) and effectiveness auditing of internal follow-up processes.
Product Compliance

Monitorship
We are offering independent, individual project support and consulting for companies under a monitorship. This includes consulting regarding the development of a monitorship project organisation, effectiveness testings to ensure compliance with Monitor certification criteria and the implementation of an efficient
monitorship reporting system.
Quality Management
Several years of leadership experience in Quality Management and the implementation and Auditing of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
We are conducting independent quality audits (process- and system audits) at OEMs and in the supplier industry.
Compliance & Risk Management
We are providing independent consulting and project support for the implementation of an effective Compliance and Risk Management System. In addition, independent assessment of design effectiveness and operating effectiveness of Compliance and Risk Management Systems.
Sustainability Management
Consulting and support to effectively implement the EU supply chain due diligence law. We support the implementation of an appropriate management report system and the implementation on-site in compliance
with the law.
Data Protection
Consulting and training to establish
effective data protection management systems. We are taking over the role
as external Data Protection Officer.
